.Throughout her life

She has been there day or night

Every child that needed a friend

Someone to be there for them

Took them into her home and heart

Never letting them come to harm

Stood up for them in their time of need

Helped them to forge ahead and to succeed

She  always told them that they

Are special and sent from God

Like the stars in the sky

They are meant to sparkle and shine

Teach them to stand tall and proud

Never to get lost in the crowd

Hold their heads up high

Never to let anyone their rights deny

              People want to know why

 So many children call her mom

 It is simply because she was there for them

When their world was upside down

 she received the greatest honor of all

 As they all stood straight and tall

  A bouquet of flowers placed in her hand

As before her with smiles they all stand

A pretty card was attached to the bow

On the front it said”We love you so”

Inside in script written so fine

There was only one single line
