It’s a strange feeling,
To have someone wait for you,
To miss you when you’re not there..
To want you with them
All the time...
Strange to have someone greet you
With a smile on their face…
To say they missed you,
And need a kiss…
I’m not use to it..
Don’t know how to act..
Afraid to believe its true ..
Afraid to think its not…
It’s a strange feeling to be loved…
To have someone care for you,
To have them rise up to greet you,
And want to hold you in their arms…
I’m not use to it,
Keeping thinking,
Where’s the catch…
What is it you want from me…
What do you want me to do?
And then I see you smile
And say;
“I love you,
Just want you to love me too…”
And my heart whispers,
Please be speaking true -
Because I love you too…
I go to work,
And you wait for me,
I sleep,
And you wait for me to wake…
Every time I leave,
I know that you wait,
For my return,
And my heart burns,
With such love for you,
Knowing now,
You love me too…
Do you know what it feels like?
To have someone wait for you?
Its scary and strange,
And so beautiful,
To be loved like this…
I can only say one thing,
You no longer need to wait for me,
I am here and will always be…
My first thought in the morning,
Is of you,
My last thought of the day,
Are my lips whispering to the moon,
I love you…
My darling,
Now I wait for you…

Oh, I understand those feelings. You cannot believe that there is someone just for you, someone who loves you and cares for you.
But sometimes it is real...and should not scare you but give you confidence in true love.
