forgiving = sometimes mostly hard for me to do, - do try though, but sometimes, just need to overlook and go on without reservations.

You speak words I try to live by. Bitterness and unforgiveness is like drinking poison and then expecting the one that hurt you to die. It only poisons you inside. I live free from this and am lighter because of it. To forgive allows you to soar whereas to hold onto grudges is like wading through mud. You can't do it without getting dirty.

This one, too, is very good. "Naked I am, not ashamed" is the key phrase of the poem and its main achievement.
The insults, though, are confusing my interpretation a bit. To whom does that refer? Or is it "your accusations"? Please, let me know so I can understand the poem better.

This is a very insightful poem. When human beings learn to shake off the "mea culpa" that imprisons us then we start to have a hope of fixing this sorry mess we are in.
