Boondoggle Behaviorists

Hang your empty heads in shame

Oh greedy ones

While a country waits for legislation to pass

You kiss up to what?

A profit obsessed

Power mongering Ex

Having promised favors to your re-election

Mar-a Logo invites to likely friends

Et al

Add the putty-in-your-hands base

To all you’re willing to endure

And check out your scandalous faces in the mirror

You’re doing this for what?

What justifies such Neanderthal mentality?

Yes

You Republicans are both an embarrassment to this country

And a smear on the species as sentient creatures

With Democrat Manchin as a close second in power mongering

But oh how you fear

That the disgraceful Ex would characterize you

As anti America

And sway the base away from your re-election

So?

If you want to remain in that “ignorance and blatant lie” slipstream

Then get the hell out of our legislative system

And Join the ranks of the base who only enjoy from you misleading rhetoric anyway

Especially you, duplicitous Mitch

Vying once again to block a Biden SCOTUS nominee

You and your crony’s obsession for power

Are what many would consider the fodder

For an International Terrorist organization’s mission

And you call yourselves law makers.

Hang your worthless heads in

And then McConnell, dunk your dead weight 1336 gr brain mass into some recycling bin for MAYBE some worthwhile toilet paper. (Forgive me. I may be overstating the grs in your head)

I read that the boondoggle pulled off by fearful Republicans rallying around a big risk blowhard semi-celebrity as their savior would result in a backlash that would last at least 40 years. Long enough to remove the ultraconservative and backward nature of the Supreme Court. Fortunately, the Court has, in recent decisions, ruled, for the most part, reasonably.

However, the minority Republicans are grasping at straws, chasing conspiracies and backward ideas based on the Bible and other easily disproven ideological premises, will change things. That somehow demonizing Democrats will persuade independent thinkers to vote for their outdated and obscene candidates and laws.

The Republicans have walled themselves off from the American dream. They know it, and a few have started to defect from this radical, even terrorist, as you imply, way of thinking. It is time that all American work together to solve our real problems and not the one that the plutarchs have for preserving their dynasties rather than serving the needs of the people.
