I'm changing directions a bit this summer. After trying several times to put together a fourth book in The Ponticar Series (last summer I completed a 500+ page work only to find it disappointing and putting it aside)I am devoting this summer to writing a "how-to" book on changing the culture of a team. It will be based on my experiences as a high school coach and be a kind of step-by-step guide to running a sports program, emphasizing the importance of communication, trust, and accountability as cornerstones of any successful program. My hope is to have it complete or nearly so before school begins again in August. I may post a chapter or two as I get them completed to see what kind of feedback they bring.
