Today marks the first day of the long-awaited new ISP. We are finally free of the mostly autonomous Xfinity. Hurrah! Hurrah!
We managed to get a human on the phone, and after setting up the payment plan, we still couldn't get our internet back on unless we paid $130.
We tried using the app to set up the payment plan again, but it gave us the same answer, "Pay up!"
My wife's phone carrier recently started offering internet, and so it was cheaper to get it through them, and we'll slowly pay off Xfinity.
So far, the new internet works well, and so hopefully there will be no more interruptions.
I also want to thank you all for over 3,000 views on my stories. So amazing!
