How do you feel today? 2/27/2005 3:21:43 PM
Through accessing your feeling self you can make remarkable changes in your life.
Have you hugged your family today or said I love you to your significant other? Beginning each day by showing someone you care is a way to begin in tune with your compassionate heart. You see, as you begin your day will be the telling sign of how the rest of your day will materialize. If it is spent in love then love will follow. If it is spent in fear and depression it will remain such until you see the light of love enter your world.
How can you expect those close to you to understand your feelings unless you express them outwardly? How can you know theirs? When I hear the question "What do you think about that" I just shudder. The questions should be "How does that feel?" Feelings allow you to create change while thinking only creates tension and worry. Feel it when that small pain in the pit of your stomach appears. Identify its source and then gracefully allow it to disappear from your life.
How did you start your day? When and where did you begin to feel pain? How much can you learn about yourself by feeling instead of thinking? Consider each of these questions today. Then, in silence feel your heart.
