Wild Life Smells on the Bloggin' Trails 6/2/2010 10:54:05 AM
It sure is good to listen to the family pet. Hi All,
Hope you are having a good day. We here on the bloggin' trails are all settled back indoors, relaxing or just being plain lazy.
This morning as the DOG and I were out I noticed she did not want to go very far. She can be stubborn at the best of times however, I think she sensed something unfamiliar and she was NOT going there! NO WAY...NO HOW!!
She did her business and then waited ever so patiently for me as I gazed around taking in all the beautiful variations of greenery. The birds sweet chirps lulled me into a fantasy of imagination. Their sounds kept me planted in one spot mesmerised by the simplicity of such gifts bestowed upon us.
I felt a gentle nudge on my leg and there, with eyes that looked anxious was my furry little companion. She walked slower today. I think the weather found her joints stiff and achey. Indoors we went. It was none too soon for her let me tell you.
So, it was a short time on the trails. Maybe I missed you. If so perhaps tomorrow I'll find you strolling down the bloggin' trails. Until then....enjoy the day!
