Cool Winds on the Bloggin' Trails 6/3/2010 6:50:07 AM
This time of year is so wonderful to explore. Hi All,
I don't know if anyone reads blogs however the bloggin' trails is just one way for this author to communicate with the world. It's always nice to peek into another's life, get to know them through their words.
Today is another sunny day. The DOG and I trotted on out onto the trails listening to the familiar greetings from the nature that envolopes us each day. It's soothing the way the spring breeze gently caresses us, the warmth of the sun beams down, the rustling of the multi-coloured leaves whisper in the bright, blue morning skies, all with such purity.
When we go out I love to search the grounds for unique rocks, the ones that have a story to tell. It amazes me when I find such a rock, with layers of colours, jagged edges, worn over the years. I wonder how old the rock is as I claim it. This is not forever, just for a short while, allowing me to enjoy the core of the earth during the long, cold winter. I shall return it back to Mother Earth where it rightfully belongs.
Well the DOG needs some tending so I best be on my way. Sure hope I see you strolling down the bloggin' trails. Until then enjoy life!
