I think in his heart he knew I knew because I had known all along what the secret was We all knew and loved him more for it somehow As much in solidarity then as now
Yet I still feel sad for him about His living a lie he believed had to be He was never able to come out And because of this he never could be free

So sad when we feel other's won't accept us, or love us because of what we are.
