Gas station cheeseburgers my principal nutrition
Circumspectly small in quantity as quality
Somehow not enough to make me fat but it is that
By adaptation to my awkward situation
Being nuts I get in ruts and do not do my best
About things not poetry no doubt but for the rest
I follow my instinct allow my intuition
To take me how it takes though it makes a fool of me
As to what and where and why I leave that to the sky
Leaving it to me to be whatever I may be
Living like an animal I find but mindfully
Not knowing how but learning now turning as I go
Though I turn in circles learning day by turning day
Even though I never know I know me even so
Gladly living madly in an awkward position
Giving all the love I have before I have to die
Life gives me another day to give my love away
So I am again by love and curiosity
When I am now as I have been so many years then
As I was I am because how I will be again
Coming as I have to be because actually
Though I may be strange subject to change becoming free
To make my mistakes now as it takes me how it takes
Here as what I make of it is what it makes of me
In my awkward situation of discovery
These gas station cheeseburgers taste like reality

Eat the yellow snow or gas station cheeseburgers!
But I like your honest poetry.
