A very wise observation. But we've always been tied to our circumstances. Much of the world has been in slavery for much of history and that still exists whether it be wage slavery or the real thing.

My premise is that we begin to lose our intellectual faculties required for survival when we were hunters and gatherers as soon as we settled for growing crops, herding domestic animals, and living in villages.

Very few of us could live on the edge that real freedom would require. Keep up the good work!
