The Road to Nowhere Not even the land brings me comfort today, Gone now is his hand on the plow that guided the furrows and marked my way to goals insignificant now. But I hear his voice ringing out from the past, And I am reminded of dreams I had and believed they would last, which now all are vanished, it seems. Pain slips, unseen, into my every thought As time leads my steps to new planes. Despite the lofty principles taught, The greatest of sorrow remains.

You are aquiring yet another devoted fan of your word scrambling, Lou Harper. You toss the words around like a chef preparing an omelet, each one leans on the other for support and all together they make for a superb omelet.
