It never ceases to amuse me how notes are always the saving grace of politicians. Always there when they are telling a 'porkie pie' a lie.
It is in the eyes
telling when theres lies
when words that are said
mean something else instead,
that they drop down
look towards the ground
as if they would rather
not be around.
How sad that its seen
in people that lead
political leaders
with programs in their head,
function like robots
cold in their speach
its in the eyes
that fails to reach.
Are you telling
me the truth
then look me in the face
if you would.
