Killing the World
What is happening to this world I wonder,
What have we done wrong,
For the grass is a deathly brown,
And the leaves are falling ever so quicker.
If we are to survive,
We are to revive,
What we have destroyed,
With our axes flying,
Trees are crashing,
For we are lashing out at the nature in a little fury.
We must stop this dreadful slashing,
For as I watch in horror every thing is dying,
For we have killed,
Our once luscious and beauty of our land,
We must stop our chainsaws a flying,
For we are killing the nature,
The Oh! Ancient nature,
That binds us with our fate.
In our greed for the mother’s earth,
We are killing off every ting
One by one.
We must stop this devastation.
What has become of this world I wonder,
The once fertilised land,
For it has been dead,
For an eternity.
