When Gabriel went to Mary with the news   

ever wonder what would have happened

had she refused?

Nay! this be not our concern to care

for her heart God had already prepared

Centuries before she was chosen and sealed

kept just for that time to accept God’s appeal

To know God's intellect which no man can…some do debate

to understand beyond divide’s span...a miracle so great

I only believe what His Word declares

that a virgin would bring forth His Eternal Heir

On that day on that wondrous night

came forth the Lamb…the Promise…the Light!

A star brightly twinkled a heavenly choir sung

Shepherds and Kings beckoned Messiah had come!

I do not worship Mary but this I do concur

she was a willing vessel, a saint, who humbly took the lure

I worship God for twas He who formed the womb

that nurtured...Him...Redeemer...who saved the doomed

Ever wonder…what would have happened

had Mary refused?

Nay! she was called…before Eden

and this by faith she knew
