Gratitude is remembering and appreciating what we have now.

Did You Remember?

Gratitude is remembering and appreciating what we have now.

We usually do not pay attention to our current blessings.

We all have gotten up in the morning, and felt miserable.

We act as if we have lost everything we had in life.

What was your mood when you got up this morning?

Did you notice you are still alive while in bed?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you get out of bed by yourself?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you hug your loved ones this morning?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you take care of your personal hygiene by yourself?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you eat breakfast on your own?

Did you remember this blessing?

Could you see the sky, clouds, and birds?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you listen to music?

Did you remember this blessing?

Did you walk out of your house without fearing for your life? Did you remember this blessing?

Did you feel the warmth of the sun on your body, this morning? Did you remember this blessing?

Turn your attention to the Universe and the gifts it has provided you with.

Express your gratitude with words, emotion, and attitude.

Gratitude helps us to stay in the NOW.

Truth every word! And I do wake up each morning and am thankful that I did! Our greatest blessings are the things most people seeem to take for granted. Very nicely crafted poem. Lots of food for thought.
