I always enjoy how happy you are. I must say I love singing Hallelujah, whether it be from Handel's Messiah or from Leonard Cohen's, Hallelujah. Even though I'm not religious, I'm uplifted and happy to sing both of those refrains.

I want to share something I heard from a Irish comedian about growing up Catholic. When he attended a funeral one day as they were lowering the casket, the young boy misheard what the priest said. Thereafter, whenever someone died, he would recite this phrase as they were lowered into the ground…

"Father, Son and Into the hole there she/he goes!"

Certainly one way to be joyous at a sad event.

Yes, sir! God is worthy of Praise all the time! That's for sure! We shout and praise Him in our church! We shout His name before and after our Bible studies! However, do we shout His name in public places? I sometimes do. But not often enough. When I do, I see two extremes, the ones who smile and seem to want to jump for joy and the ones who frown like statues of stone, God's joy, and reverence is more important than the opinions of man. Thank you for this wonderful piece of poetry. Bravo! I feel as though it was written just for me. Hallelujah! Amen
