Unwinding the Past does not bring satisfaction,
unraveling the future brings treacherous confusion,

is part of the wonder of being a Man.

Existing in Now does not bring revelations,
our present is past to all future generations,
aching to understand, to see first hand,
is part of the nature of being a Man.

Traveling the Path does not bring edification,
being unique is a fraction of the equation,
aching to understand, to hear first hand,
is part of the music of being a Man.

Bypassing the Rule does not bring evolution,
our souls are our own without supposition,
aching to understand, to Be first hand,
is part of the miracle of being Man.
