I was assisting her
In the house chores
Like a musical intrument
I pulled a cord
All of a sudden, silence was there
Where is she?
My heavenly angel
I can't hear her
I can't see her
But I know
She's supposed to be there
I felt a deep loneliness
In the pit of my soul
As I wondered and ponder
What if I'll fine myself
All alone
The mere thought
Brought a tear to my eyes
I dropped the vacuum
I searched for her
I opened the door
To an adjacent room
Called out her name
From within and out of sight
She responded
Yeah!
I asked are you OK?
In a soft tender voice
She said "yes," nothing else
I was so relieved
I walked over to her
And whispered
What went through my mind
I kissed her softly
On her sweet lips
I love you, till the end of time.
