Mischief and Passion

I wonder of the mischief being whole can produce
The long term affects all colored in puce
The je taime' that affects the radius of a pair
With blinded mule glasses and ears perked to there
You know what I mean...when perfect love comes along
When all you can hear is the perfect love song
When perfect petunias all dressed in purples
Leave passionate pimples all plump and pre-focused
Provocative Fillies all fancied up
Pulling the strings from hearts red and puffed
Giddiness beaming and weighted as air
Just riding the whims of love eveywhere
The smile overdone but noticed no doubt
When voices inside stand up and shout
"Well dammit all Rosebud I think I'm in love..."
In turn she remarks,"Ya needed that shove"
As a pair, new beginnings and differences run
Amok in this garden of passions and fun
Fingers grip night's eve fading fast
Then grasp every moment, praying it lasts
It's magic no doubt but the feeling's is new
Can mask the real heartache when loving for two
Comes all in phosphorous forgetting old wounds
When heads are like marshmallows ... emotions swoon
Forgetting the lessons of old bleeding hearts
When logic goes distant and new love starts
Perfect portfolios filling new dreams
When passions provoke the positive things
Pray then the feelings are perfect but fuss
Over the future if ever they rust.

Susan, I like this. A little touch of mischief and passion never hurt anyone. The key is knowing where and when to seperate the two. Very well written.
