The home where I live, Has cracks in the walls. Oh! What history it has to give. It was built without halls. With generations living here. A grandfather and a friend, Child of a Child that wants to mend. Only to loss the history, I fear. New is not better. If only we would let her. A new roof it does need. Stop! I do plead. Change isn't always best. Look to the East. Look to the West. Where do you think is the rest? Couldn't this be a great little nest? copyright 2002All rights reserved.
