quite a few are sad
The happy group
goes with the true
meaning of Christmas glad
Not trying to find fault
cutting down the assault
on why a jolly fat man
in a red suit is the symbol
On their thumbs they
place a thimble
Knowing that they can
get stuck
they change their own luck

The happy group searches
for all the joy they can find
Adjusts their attitudes
and at least try to be kind
in an imperfect worlds mind
where many walk around blind
Blinded to their own evil
not wanting to admit that
they sleep with the devil

The sad not so happy group
remain in the coup
guarded by their own foxes
constantly opening their
pandora boxes
They'll fight to stay evil
keep coorperating with the devil

They won't fight to be good
evil is easier understood
They go with
and stick with
negative mean reactions
hardly making any retractions
so on Christmas they
have the same reactions
