(Things could be worse.)

Cheer up

Especially if your condition is in mental zone

And your body is ok with no broken bone

Ever cut open a rotten mellon

Or ran into a mean felon

This is a stick up

So give it up

Or get shot up

Ran out of gas while still in the air

Oh sure

At times life just isn't fair

Oh

The occupants of the plane endured

And were insured

Ever been to Iraq

Got shot in the back

Survived a mortar attack

Been on the Washington DC beltway

And got in the way

What about a billion dollar bank withdrawal

Just before you made your withdrawal

Bank empty!

Ever almost retired

Then just got fired

What about cutting off an arm

So your whole body won't come to harm

Ever had a mean mother-in-law

Who wanted to break your jaw

Ever been flat broke

Or had a heart attack stroke

Filled out the doctors office form

And had to check all the above

Then the doctor puts you in the high risk category

There are plenty of reasons to feel sad

But if you don't feel bad

Enjoy the moment

Or let the moment enjoy you

Chuckle up

Cheer up

Hehe

Good thought, Grady. Some just love their misery. Embrace it so fully, that they can't see the flowers or the sunshine.

Well done Grady, without humor life would overwhelm most of us. ~Z~
