On the personal level,
it's choose the Lord or the devil,
take your freedom given,
comform or risk misbehaving.
It's join the church group,
or make your own chicken soup.
We all have our rights,
vision of living in our sights.
Some worship and pray,
others walk away.

On a universal level,
we still have to deal with the devil.
The Red man rules superior,
spreading his evil terror.
Worlds collide in war,
nations stability run ajar.
Citizens and soldiers die,
families and loved ones cry,
blood spills,
war kills.

The price of any freedom isn't cheap,
your personal or the worlds to keep.
Freedom starts in the mind,
it's like a virus of some spreading kind.
Our creator knows best,
we either pass or flunk the test.

Quite a few of us fail,
we choose our freedom and risk hell.
Or we risk hell by choosing our freedom.
Either way  it's God's kingdom.
He gave us all freewill and choice,
so we can choose our own course,
speak with our own voice.
