I was 18. I was a schoolboy
I stood between the two extremes
of conflicting personality balance
At school I was as slow as a tortoise
At play I was as energetic as a horse
At social life I was baffled by the
harsh storms of teenage
I needed a love patner
but never knew how to approach
A flash from an ebony face
relieved me from the pain of
loneliness. Jane stepped in my life
In a magic smile of few seconds
I completely became a new man
strange winds blew across my chest
The sky picked clouds of romance
Torrential love-rains poured on me
I swam in an oasis of infatuation
A flame of love flickered in all directions as my lungs sucked blood
My ears touched the sound
of a weeping soul
My tongue felt the taste
of a pure romantic joy
Ou feelings reached unimaginable
hieghts of passion
We mixed bloods and sketched
tattoos on the skins of our
loving hearts as we set off
for a romantic venture
Committed we were to protect
our love with thje power of love
But the journey has not been
as comfortable as I thought
We found the road a bit rough
But we put up with the challenge
Like a flower garden, love needs
constant weeding and spraying
Mutual understanding patched up
our differnces early enough
What looked to be a small boat
has now grown to the size of a ship
We synchronized our vision
we speak the same love language
The roots of our love tree
has penetrated deep into the soil
of trust and confidence.
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in America, Karen Lynn. :D
