To test the depth of a pond one has to use a stick. Balli Ul baa la isaga sahmiyaa --- A Somali Proverb

 Coming to a new city
Or joining a company
Would demand to gain
some experience before
You gear up your mind
In full potential

Likewise
Coming to a river
Or having a wish
to swim in a pond
You would need
to know their depth

You better know the
the direction the
river waters are flowing
Before you wade into it
Or better say you should
Use a stick to test the
depth of a pond before
you dive in.

It is always good to act cautiously whenever faced with a new situation. People's ways of doing things are different. Your advice is suitable for anyone changing residences, jobs, relationships and absolutely everything.

Thank you brother.
