Peace requires strength of values and a willingness of listen and compromise. War requires brute strength. Of these two, peace is much harder to achieve, yet, it is the most fulfilling. I,too, pray that all leaders will strive for peace. Its legacy is much better.

It saddens me to know that there are so many people that do take peace for granted. I, myself, have always stressed the need and importance of peace among all people, all nations, and with Nature. We must strive for peace, it is so important to mankind and creatures alike.

I pray that peace comes to your nation; I pray for you every day. Seems that some people never learn that fighting, violence is not the way to absolve your problems. Sad! Very well penned; bravo!
