He was a tribalist, a rat
He ruled with an iron thumb
He saw himself lion of the lions
Little did he know who he really was

Time ran behind him like a shadow
Till a mere scamper couldn´t save him
Defeat had driven him to a defection
Europe is where he had surfaced last

The cold hugs of a camp welcomed him
He had cued for food along with others
His status eroded like sand in the wind
He saw the true image of himself

In the mirror of injustice
A rat can see itself a lion
But in the mirror of justice
A rat is just a rat
No more no less.
