I hate fences
I hate neighbors
I hate people who try to make
others
into their image
…rather than letting
the individual embrace
their own luminosity
I hate intolerance
I hate hunger
I hate being told
...what to do
And I hate those
who can’t figure out
...how to do
I hate frustration
I hate oppression
I hate people
who don’t take a stand
against those
whose stand
...is totally unbalanced
I hate fighting
I hate war
I hate death
by anything
...other than natural causes
(a sticky wicket
that one is
if I must
say so
myself)
I hate being told
...how to think
I hate those
...who need to be told
I hate mediocrity
I hate laziness
I hate people
...who don’t fight
for everyone’s rights
...and not just their own
as they try
to make others
...into their own image
I hate hatred
And yes, I know,
that means I must hate myself
...truthfully, quite often
it is true
I hate me.
This poem brings the scent of the flower of creation. It has the energy and the voice on the letters, but its strength is on its esoteric, which has the aroma of love. (I am not mistaking!)
"Peace, Love and Understanding" strikes the drums of love, and leaves its message through its inaudible voice, which can be heard on the third reading.
the logic in your finale is concentric actually touching both poles of self-perception: for to hate the hatred within oneself you have to love that part of the self which is not steered by iniuity and ignorance ...
One hateful rant.....breathe in and out....and be calm....you got it all out....now love yourself.....sighhhhh...look who's talking!!
