Reigning Love

I thought it was for you... my greatest dreams of us...
I thought you were for me—a King to Queen, not less.

Four hands that touch in love, with kisses and in trust;
Bring two hearts into one, with time enough for lust.

With work there is no wrong... mistakes are not the end;
For love endures when true , uniting noble friends.

I will not give up hope… to see my Love again.
For deep within my heart, a mighty King does reign.

I like it and find it simple and honest expression of a ladies love for her man...whether King and Queen of begger man and wife...love remains treasured...

it takes a real queen to bring out the lion in a king and a true king to know how and when to respond to the love of the queens noble and burning heart ... then the kingdom roars ;)
