When one is truly, honestly loved, they know inner peace and tranquility.
My six-year-old grandson came to hug me
And said, “Grandma, your love is no surprise;
I can see love in your eyes
When we part . . . say our good-byes.
You love me like no other;
In my heart, you’re my mother.”
It is true , we’ve raised him since he was born
Small, we held him in the palm of our hand
Watching him struggle to live
What else but love could we give?
