Winter comes,
and I feel
and assume nothing.
Because the cold will hold me,
love me
like it's own,
want me,
without need
or reason.
And it is the season to be owned;
contained,
in every way,
so blissfully in crystal,
as it wishes me to die
so slowly of ice.
How timeless,
how priceless.
