Groundhog Day

A wooded area called Gobbler Knob
Located in Punxsutawney Pennsylvania
Thousands of people from all around
Gather in the early mourn

Bundled up for the cold
Dancing and singing keeping warm
Keeping their eye on this lighted tree stump
Waiting for a furry animal named Punxsutawney Phil

It's seven thiry five a knock at his door
His keeper reached in and out comes Phil
Lighting is low waiting to see
His shadow we see six more weeks of winter

The moral of this writing is, whether Phil sees his shadow or not winter is here like it or not.

Nancy

The Wholly Book of Genesis by Jay Dubya

The Wholly Book of Genesis is a humorous satire on the first book of the Old Testament where the Story of Creation, the building of Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah and the families of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are thoroughly spoofed and broadsided.
