Come to the Deep where Living Water runs
And springs of refreshment restore, renew.
Come to the Deep where peace abides.
No fear here.
Only Love.
One with all.
One within.
Words flow without thought or stress
Here in the Deep.
Beauty, grace, harmony
All in the Deep.
Come with me.
Spend an eternity here in the Deep.
Only One, here in the Deep.
Only Love,
Only Light,
Come with me.
Come to where time and space do not
limit friendship.
Where we are always "here" together.
Where wholeness is.
Where mercy reigns,
Where seeing is limitless
And hearing exquisite.
Where knowing is true and
Being is bountiful.
Come, then.
Come dwell with me in the Deep.

I experienced this place of deep peace and contentment after a deeply healing workshop in Seattle. The healing opened me to a desire to express my experience in words rather than keep it inside. I had looked for peace in the outside world but found that all I ever wanted is right within my own Beingness.

I am familiar with the planet from which you come (grew up in that neighbourhood myself, if you get my drift, and know many others from there also). You might resonate with some of my works too.
So often we just splash about in the shallows of our lives, and the lives of others, but moreso those in whose deep, monsters lie. It is so wonderful when we can make the deep a safe haven of love and peace. But how much more wonderful when through poetry such as this we can invite others to share the experience and perhaps help them to eradicate the monsters from their own!
