The majority shuns when those four-letter-words are used,
Then why so can they let the worst of all be abused,
Love,
Love, so unknown of a word as any word goes,
Not even Webster, of one definition, knows.
"Strong affection of one arising out of kinship,"
"The attraction to one's physique, mentality, or keen wit."
"Affection based on sexual desire,"
None of these leave me at all the wiser.
But truly love must be expressed in one's self,
Regarded as top grade, a bottle on the top shelf.
For truly it is not a superficial tie to one's features,
As is thought by countless intellegent teachers.
But it is when to one's soul you meld,
One thought, one beat, in one moment held.
For though you may search below or above,
Love is not found 'till they truly fit you like a glove.
