~ In Time ~

In time, we’ll know the true meaning of life,
Surpassing what we think, we’ve learned.
Invisibly tied, to a mysterious divide,
Disconcerting… the connection stands firm.

In time, we’ll learn some answers,
While others remain in the dark.
There’ll come a time, when our passions define,
Who we are, who lives in our hearts.

In time, we’ll discover, our purpose in life,
Although it’s been there all along.
Time and again we will try to tap in,
To the why’s…the rights and the wrongs.

There’s those miserable times, we don’t give a dam,
There’s those times unbelievably tough.
There’s those times, when we just can’t take anymore,
There’s those times, when we’ve just had enough.

In time we’ll reflect on our yesterday’s dreams,
Some fulfilled, others laden regrets,
From the times we will always remember,
As the times we will never forget.

Time runs through its course, of miraculous years,
Leaving gifts of visions behind.
Our time passes by, in the memories eye,
To review again, time after time...
