A prophet must be sensitive to the plight of mankind in turbulent times and cataclysmic events of nature. Did the prophets of the past have easier jobs? Probably not. God must have created them to be prepared for their journey.
From weather forecasters, prognosticators and science fiction writers, and even researchers and scientists, prophets are often ridiculed for their observations and conclusions. Only time proves them right or wrong.
It's hard for me to believe that Galileo and Copernicus had to suffer what they did just to prove the truth of our globe. Today, it's a huge number of strangely mind strapped people who can't seem to understand the logic of global warming and climate change with their heads in the sand of the past, uncaring about the future except, perhaps, the myth of apocalypse.
Our culture has taught us to believe in many ideas which aren't actually real. Exposing these illusions allows us to recover the power to live our lives according to our deepest desires.
