Feel not really up to the task,

With no one close by to ask.

Trouble making up your mind,

Uncomfortable with those unkind.

Decisions that need to be made,

Options have not my mind swayed.

Seeking certainty but still in doubt,

Often, I wonder what it’s all about.

Hesitant even to pick up the phone,

Sometimes better just to stay alone.

Feeling lost or adrift without a plan,

Same as any other woman or man.

In the end, we can only suppose,

What tomorrow already knows.
