Its best to have a faithful friend


Who’ll stay with you right to the end,


Then to put up with a  “sometimes” friend


Who goes and comes and goes again.


If I lived in Storybook Land,


I know I’d have a faithful friend.


But here, where saints and heros fall,


A sometimes friend beats none at all.
