I am messed up.

I am messed up I am haunted by the images of my child hood I am afraid of the dark Afraid that the “monsters” will come back to take advantage of me. I clean up my plate every time for fear there might not be another meal I am a hoarder, I fear loosing anything that might come in handy I am untrusting, I fear getting let down over and over again I protect me by keeping my heart void of love Some call me cold, some call me unloving Some called me crazy, with this I agree Some call me unstable, with this I also agree I am crazy to trust the same people that hurt me I am unstable because I create a foundation with Untrustworthy people My foundation is based on lies My heart has been plastered by the betrayal of those I love My roof is the most unstable of my “house” I trusted my roof to keep me safe from the rains I trusted my roof to keep me safe from the burning sun My roof was unreliable and caved in and exposed me to the elements My roof let me get burnt My roof left me out in the cold I can ask all I can but I know it is too late to get an answer. My roof is gone, safe journey DAD

I am messed up
