This was written because someone clos wanted to lose weight, More as an incentive than anything. It Didin't work.

Winning By Losing.

Ugh! I`m fat, just a big tub of lard,
You can measure my waist by the metre or yard,
My stomach it flops down near my knees,
Oh Lord, do help me, do something please.

But wait a moment there`s a glimmer of hope,
I`ve heard of a program with which I can cope,
Their plan it offers to show me the way,
With a Weight Watcher`s program, it`s easy to stay.

Lose a kilo a week, about more or less,
With a reducing figure I`ll surely be blest,
A less ample figure will surely be mine,
If I follow the program all of the time.

If I eventually reach down to my goal,
A much better body will be mine to behold,
My achievement the greatest, worth the effort and pain,
Hurrah! for Weight Watchers, I`m normal again.

Thank - you Weight Watchers, I give you my praise,
My hope from the start you surely did raise,
The target you gave me was easily set,
Your dietry program, is the best yet,

J&B. W March 97.
