THIS SHARING IS SO TRUE...TO HELP OTHERS IS A DUTY AND GOD TOUCHES OUR HEARTS TO INCLINE US TO DO THIS IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS. THANKS FOR THE REMINDER, JANE. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
There's a big difference between splurging on holidays (often spending more than you can afford) and the year-long sustenance of the poor in the streets.

These days I give to ministries who help the poor get off their feet.
Then and again, I will offer a nice meal to the beggar in the street.
Some smile, others frown but at least I know what's going around.
We also help the homeless in many other ways, like giving clothes.
When you provide them with a hot meal and give them your time, it's so much better than giving them a dime. Amen!
