Certain words do tend to irritate me,

Words that have negative connotations,

These words they put me in a state of frustration,

They seem made to grate,

Or scratch the blackboard, not a very nice sensation…

One of these words is “whatever”, when used by certain others,

Tears at my insides, better to just not listen, herein I do decide,

Must be the way it is said, not so much the word itself,

The word cannot help its meaning, wasn’t it’s fault,

I am here to say on its behalf, yes intervening…

So many words that do irritate me, I cannot begin to add,

As some are so much a pain in the butt, I will most likely start my day, sad,

So as to all these words, suffice to say they do make me upset,

But I cannot change anything, other than not to listen,

Before I do find myself in regret, I maybe should just not remember, yes forget…
