Robert Jude (ace) Forese got me to thinking about the ocean with his recent write Sandy Sanctuary...check it out too...

Medicinal is the Ocean…

No spoon to here help the medicine go down,

No need for intravenous feeding tubes,

No oxygen do we need flowing in the nose,

We have the ocean, the sea, and all there that we see…

Smells of the ocean invading the nostrils,

Flushing out the dust & dirt of mans world,

Breathing with renewed power & strength,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

The wind off the ocean, today, out of the south…

The ocean invigorates our beings each day,

There is not another better or best way,

To find our internal batteries regenerated,

Removing they do, our pressures & stresses that heavily weigh…

The Atlantic Ocean was my babysitter for all my immortal years. There's no other wonder in this world who could've done a better job. This is soothing.
Thank you.

So very true...the ocean has a way of healing...caressing and molesting ones mind at times.
Come Hi tide come Low..even if the wind blow.
It will never let you down...it will leave you fulfilled!

I read Jude's poem and enjoyed it just as much as this!!

Love through Ocean breeze and stormy winds!!
