Hey, you flag burners of the world…!

Do people of America burn your flag?

Do we call your wives or mother’s an old bag?

Do we bomb your cities without admitting blame?

Then the next time you do burn our flag,

Wrap yourself in it too, then through the streets,

Have yourself behind a truck, dragged…

I have never seen on the nightly news,

A flag of another nation burned in effigy,

Only that of American flags burnt and abused,

I think we should burn the flags of nations that house terrorists,

That would give me reason to take a shot in toast of some booze…

Where do you get off burning a flag of a nation that has helped so many?

Sent food to nations dying of starvation,

Medical supplies and volunteers to nations that have suffered tragedy,

We have children starving here too, but we send our food elsewhere,

We too have those that need medical care; instead other places get it there…

So the next time you do burn that American flag,

Be sure to remember to wrap yourself in it first,

And the next time you and your children are dying of thirst,

Don’t call US, we will, just maybe, call you…
