Coming in at the middle of life…

Just like a movie,

What can we know about life?

If we only just came in at the middle,

Therein life can be for most of us a riddle…

Thought for the day,

What can we expect from life I do say?

A life where we have no idea,

What we are, who we are or where we are,

A life, or so it seems we have up till now experienced from afar…

Are we part of this world we do live?

Or do we come from another existence?

Do we come to this life knowing anything?

Or do we come here to learn to forgive…?

These are the questions that do plague our hearts,

We have come here without the use of any charts,

Given us this world, supposedly from the gods,

Herein hopefully we can find a future we can restart…

Where exactly we are depends on where we once were,

Our pasts unfortunately are that of a complete blur,

Some of us do recall that at one time we did all purr,

I personally was called a great deal an inbred cur…

But again our pasts mean nothing here and now,

We need to all follow what we know and do so with a vow,

I personally will follow what I do remember of the Tao,

You may do as you like, even if in the past life you were a cow, 

You may even follow the teachings of the one called Mao…
