We all shine but are not all diamonds,
We all are fine even in the rough,
Of each other we find we cannot get enough,
Herein I speak with the inability to bluff…
A ruby is red, the color of blood,
Blood is thicker than water,
But love is thicker than blood,
A red rose starts life as a bud…
Emeralds also do shine,
The color of green the lord did of Ireland assign,
Our lives do with each other intertwine,
This poem and such just of Gods design…

And this is another fine philosophical post, my friend.
To become a diamond we need to be roughed up..Then we sparkle or die. Depending on ones outlook..
Ed my friend, your words begin to shine as the diamond. As I feel all things good come from God. Well done sir.
