Something I try NOT to remember...

Angry I do not get, I try not with others to fret, I don’t want to feel regret, But push me too far & pain you will feel, you can bet… Been a long time since a painful past, Please don’t force me to remember, A time when I learned to put others in a cast, But it can happen, oh so unbelievably fast… One learns to himself protect, Others learn to him respect, Kill or be killed it did of me infect, To a point it did get where it was nothing more than reflex... © ed ~ 8/1/06

Those times is when life educates us the most. Some learn lessons in haste and end up giving years they will never see again. It's best to allow wisdom to control rather than tempers.
