Poem Artwork

I used to be with the write prolific

Writing all the time even when driving

Now I seem to write less specific

For now it is kinda hard just surviving…

I still write maybe once daily

Though my desire seems quite lost

Perhaps instead I should learn to play the ukulele

Or just go out and breath in deep my car exhaust…

Don't go sucking your car exaust pipe, you only will get blisters on your lips, hear PeeWee and take the ukelele, you can use it to swat one of those toxic overgrown monster mosquitoes you have in Jersey.

Hang in there, sometimes that's all we can do, until better comes our way.

Think about it like this, Ed: breathe in car exhaust, there would be no words. NONE. Peace for you, but not for those left behind - I pray you're okay. If not, hope you'll get there, soon -

((((HUGS)))) and love, Karla. *tears*

Now why would you want that deep exhaust. It would kill you and you would be here no more to write or even think. I know this is your wit talking, at least I hope it is. You are an excellent writer. I wouldn't read your things if I didn't get something out of them. Would delete them immediately.

ewwwww on the exhaust, Ed, LOL! I can write often and many poems race through my mind all the time, my problem is finding the time to commit them to the page. By the time I find a minute, my muse has gone to visit someone who pays attention to her. I think writing, like all creative art forms, has its highs and lows. Sometimes inspiration or motivation takes a vacation..not to worry, it will usually return. You write plenty, Ed; I wouldn't start worrying on it too much just yet. Good to read you again.
Take care,
Sherry

Sir Ed! I am fortunate if I can come up with one "poem" in a span of thirty days or more sometimes. Your wit and your humor are always appreciated. Keep writing when it feels right, my friend. Love and peace to you,

Regis

Keep on writting Ed, it helps us to keep our sanity espically when we know there are so many just waiting to hear what we have to say. I for one look forward to your words.

It's called writers block...Welcome to the club. Best reaction is to just let it happen. It will pass and one day all of the sudden you find yourself eager to pick up that pen and the words will flow. What a great feeling that is. Wishing you the best in the meantime,

Ingeborg

I remember people breathing in car exhaust, they didn't survive it, Ed is right, change your writing to music, play the uke, and get back into the swing of things, Blessings Jersey, Jasmin Horst

Learn to play the ukulele, Brother. And let's get that Ancient Ed band cranked up again. I best Rufuz can still yodel pretty damned good!

And don't worry about breathin in your car exhaust; that toxic Jersey air's gonna do you in, soon enough.
